• Go to the login page and click the "Forgot Password?" link.
• Enter your registered mobile number or email address.
• An OTP or reset link will be sent to your mobile or email — usually within 2 minutes.
• Enter the code or click the link, then set a new password.
• Log in directly with your new password.

QueenVIP offers two types of account break options:

• Temporary Break (Cool-Off): You can self-suspend your account for anywhere between 1 day and 6 months. Go to Profile → Responsible Gaming → "Take a Cool-Off" to set it up. No deposits or bets are allowed during this period.
• Self-Exclusion (Long-Term): To permanently close your account for one year or more, submit a request to support. During this period, you will not receive any marketing communications from queenvip.
• Permanent Closure (Delete): To permanently delete your account, email support@queenvip.app. If you have a remaining balance, withdraw it before submitting your request.
